United Way is an organization dedicated to helping those less fortunate and raising money for programs that help so many in Blount County. Kiwanis has been one of the most important service organizations in Blount County for years. To downplay their importance is ridiculous, and shows that Senator Finney cares for little other than his own political gain in office.
