Written on Overbey wins with strong showing in Sevier; Finney asking for recount:

Judge Duggan's race was clean. Judge Duggan did not sling one ounce of mud, and for that matter, Judge Young did not either. Judge Young's correspondence was written in strict compliance with the Supreme Court Rules and clearly stated that he was not advocating on anyone's behalf. Further, the anonymous flyers and postcards were clearly not supporting Judge Duggan. Just wondering why Meares failed to sign the Code of Ethics.
