Local members of the General Henry Knox Chapter, U.S. Daughters of 1812, attended the 101st State Council at the Chattanooga Choo Choo. The chapter won the Membership Banner for the second time for the most new members as well as several other awards.   • Leadership Blount County Class of 2011 visited the State Capitol in Nashville, on Tuesday, March 8. The group met with Blount County legislators and the Department of Tourist Development Commissioner Susan Whitaker and Department of Health Commissioner Susan Cooper. The group had their photo made with Governor Bill Haslam and toured the State Capitol Building and the Tennessee Residence.
