The 13 and 14 year old Blount County Parks and Recreation Basketball Championship was held on Saturday, Feb. 26 at Everett Recreation Center. The matchup was between the Green Team and the Blue Team. The Blue Team went on to defeat the Green Team 39-32. Both teams gave their best effort and provided lots of excitement for fans. The Blue Team roster includes: back row, Richie Koons, Michael Wilson, Daniel West; front row, Parker Pewitt, Seth Hodge, James Williams and Jared Helton; not pictured: Jacob Williams and Billy Lewellyn. The Blue Team was coached by Dan West and Terry Williams.
