Tennessee Army National Guard Specialist Michael Burnash, of Maryville, is reunited with his wife, Anjelica, and son, Michael Jr., upon arriving Thursday in Smyrna with other soldiers of the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment. The 3,400 soldiers of the 278th, who mobilized in December of 2009, are coming home from Iraq six months earlier than expected. Units began returning in mid-June and have continued each week.
