See smaller Royal Oaks Community’s 15th annual Fourth of July Parade was bigger and better than before. This year’s event was very patriotic and festive. The parade was led by Grand Marshall Chip Wood, the only student in Tennessee selected by the Governor to have a seat on the 2010-11 state boards of education.
