The 3rd Annual Brunch for new and prospective members of the Mary Blount DAR chapter was held in August at the home of Regent Lynda Williams. Chapter officers answered questions and described the community service and patriotic projects of the chapter as well as the activities of the Elizabeth Paxton Houston Society Children of the American Revolution and the varied contests open to children from grades K-12.
