On Tuesday, Oct. 12 members of the William Blount High School Senior Athletic Leadership Team (S.A.L.T.) paid a visit to Carpenters Middle School to speak with the Junior BETA Club about high school life and leadership. S.A.L.T. members, some of whom were former CMS students themselves, related personal stores of success and answered questions about what it takes to be successful at the high school level. S.A.L.T. is sponsored by Mike Brewer. The club participates in service projects and provides leadership to fellow William Blount High School students.
