The Mary Blount Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution met on Saturday, Aug. 15, to begin its new season. Over 50 members and guests were present for a covered dish, salad luncheon to begin the new year. For the first time in over ten years, a group picture was made of most of the members present. Several new members were accepted into the organization, including three generations of the same family.
