At the April Meeting of the Mary Blount Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, Ken Cornett presented the program on the Warner Martin Mansion in Blount County. The house was built prior to 1800 and is the first clapboard house built in what is now Blount County. The chapter presented a check to Ken as part of the efforts to raise funds to provide a roof for the house to prevent further deterioration. Shown is Charlotte Miller, Ken Cornett and Lynda Williams.
