The Captain W.Y.C. Hannum UDC chapter attended the Division Convention in Murfreesboro, TN on October 2-3. The chapter won several awards for its first year of activity, including the Perdue Cup for transcribing an original 1861-65 family diary, the Division President’s Challenge for enrolling five or more new members, and first place for the Chapter Press Book.
