The Mary Blount DAR Chapter, through the generosity of member Alice Conlin, donated the book Genealogy Bible Treasures, a digital photo preservation and index of pre-depression era Bible records collected by the Tennessee Society DAR. More than 1200 Bibles and 45,000 individual entries are recorded, including over 130 Bibles photographed and indexed by Mary Blount Chapter members. Mary Blount Chapter received first place in the state for outstanding work on this project.
