She also works as an instructor for UT in grant writing and non-profit management. PJ is member of the Blount County Task Force against Domestic Violence, Blount Chamber of Commerce and the Tennessee Arts Commission/Arts and Culture Alliance. In 2006 and 2007, she was nominated as Instructor of the Year at the University of Tennessee. PJ enjoys reading and traveling.
