James is a native of Lewisburg, Tenn., and currently resides in Maryville with his wife and son. He has served as a board member for Dismas House and Blount County’s Children Home. He is currently a member of the TAE4-HW Association and is a board member and vice-president for the Alcoa Kiwanis. James has won numerous state communicator awards through his work. James enjoys ice fishing, snowmobiling and leisure travel.
