New Hope Blount County Children’s Advocacy Center received good news recently when it was named the recipient of the $2,500 East Tennessee Foundation grant.
The grant was presented to Executive Director Trudy Hughes on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at the Center on Cates Street.
ETF is awarding 25 grants at $2,500 each to non-profit organizations providing extraordinary services in each of the 25 counties served by the foundation. The awards are part of the foundation’s celebration of their 25th anniversary. The Foundation will award one $2,500 grant to one nonprofit in each of the 25 counties they serve and one $25,000 ETF recognition endowment to a nonprofit located within their service area.
