Alcoa High School is joining a group of 57 high schools nationwide with a new contract announced today by the school and Under Armour.
Under Armour will become the official provider of shoes and athletic apparel for the Alcoa High School football team and coaching staff beginning this season.
Alcoa High School will be a part of Under Armour’s “Undeniable” program. The company has targeted the top programs in the nation. In a release, Under Armour stated it looks at wins, playoff appearances, state championships and outlook for future success.
The three-year contract is similar to a college footwear and apparel agreement that includes customized uniforms and cleats along with all game day apparel.
