Local attorney, Joe Nicholson was recently elected to the Board of Governors for the Tennessee Assocation for Justice.
Nicholson is a litigator with the firm of Nicholson and Morton, practicing in the area of personal injury, insurance and business litigation.
The TAJ which was previously known as the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Assocation, was established in the early 1960’s in order to advance the administration of justice while upholding and improving the adversary system and preserving every citizen’s access to trial by jury.
Nicholson has practiced law in Blount County for 35 years.
