Recently, Foothills Bank and Trust named Peggy Davis as a Banking Officer. Davis, who has been with the institution for more than three years, currently serves as a Loan Services Specialist at the main office in Maryville.
“Peggy is an incredible asset to our bank and has been since day one,” comments Mark Loudermilk, President and CEO of Foothills Bank and Trust. “Her knowledge and experience in this industry makes her invaluable to our lending department.”
“To me, it’s really about customer service,” states Davis. “It’s about trust and ultimately, it’s about taking care of people. I’ve worked in bank lending for many years and I can’t really begin to describe how fulfilling it is to help someone accomplish a goal that makes their life a little better. I get to do exactly that at Foothills Bank and Trust and it’s very rewarding.”
Davis, who is married and is a mother of three children, began her banking career in November of 1993. She worked as a Loan Processer for The Home Bank of Tennessee before moving to Foothills Bank and Trust in May of 2007. “This is a great opportunity with a great institution. We’re truly a family here and our customers are a big part of that. I have always embraced and very much believe in, the hometown philosophy of Blount County and our bank’s role in it. It’s a great situation.”
Foothills Bank and Trust is one of two Community Banks headquartered in Blount County. The Main Office is currently located at 214 Keller Lane. In addition, Foothills Bank & Trust has two other offices at 2430 East Lamar Alexander Parkway and 11216 Kingston Pike in Knoxville.
