MPLN receives marketing award for company website

Molecular Pathology Laboratory Network Inc. (MPLN) earned an award of distinction from the Diagnostic Marketing Association for the laboratory’s new website, which was redesigned in August 2009.

The award was presented to the laboratory’s graphic designer, Kellie Crye, during the 31st Annual Diagnostic Marketing Awards (DxMA Awards) in Philadelphia on April 7. The awards honored industry marketing projects and campaigns that were implemented in 2009.

MPLN competed against diagnostic marketing organizations and healthcare agencies across the country in the less than $100 million business division and was among the top two companies recognized for excellence in the website category. The first place website winner also earned the DxMA’s overall best in show award.

Hundreds of industry professionals were in attendance at the DxMA Awards ceremony, which was held in conjunction with the 2010 DxMA Annual Conference. Winning entries were displayed throughout the conference, giving attendees a chance to view the best of the best.
