Keep Blount Beautiful is showcasing a unique and simple way to save water on watering household plants.

The Keep Blount Beautiful Rain Barrel sell will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 24, during the Earth Round Up event at Maryville College.

Keep Blount Beautiful executive director Charlene DeSha said rain barrels are a good way to conserve water and protect water quality by collecting and reusing rainwater.

Normal retail price is $149. Sale price is $100 and $13 from each barrel is donated to Keep Blount Beautiful.
