The Maryville City Schools Foundation announced today its new board members and officers.
The new officers include Tom Howard, Board Chair; Russell George, Vice Chair; and Stephen Daves, Treasurer.
“I am very excited to announce our new officers and board members,” said Barbara Jenkins, MCSF Executive Director.
“I also want to thank Dr. Todd White, outgoing chair, and board members Monica Gawet, Dr. Tim McConnell, Bill Pope, Jeff Rose and Mary Beth West for their service and dedication to Maryville City Schools.”
In honor of their service, books have been placed in several Maryville City Schools libraries.
The new MCSF board members include:
Jon Dockery, Ingram, Overholt & Bean
Hoy Grimm, LeConte Wealth Management
Mallorie Mendence, Mary Beth West Consulting
Candy Morgan, Community Volunteer
Laura Shimayeh, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital
Ex-officio members serving one-year terms include:
Alisha Stanley, Maryville High School
Kara Buckner, Foothills Elementary School
Scripps Interactive Newspapers Group
