Leadership Blount, a nonprofit leadership development organization, is seeking applications for the executive director position. Candidates should have a proven record of community involvement, possess excellent planning skills and enjoy working with people.
The executive director is responsible for developing, planning and delivering programs in conjunction with committees and the Leadership Blount board of directors. Candidates must be self-motivated, willing to work individually and able to work a flexible schedule that includes some overnight travel.
This full-time position averages 30 hours/week and is responsible for supervising one part-time staff. This position does not include health insurance or benefits.
