Clayton Center hosts seat-naming event Feb. 26

Patrons of the arts who wish to add their name - or the name of a loved one - to spaces in the Clayton Center for the Arts are invited to a seat-naming event scheduled for 6-8 p.m., Feb. 26, in the main hall of the Clayton Center.

For a $2,000 donation to the facility, donors will have the opportunity to select and name a seat in the 1,200-seat main hall in honor or memory of a family member, a loved one or an inspirational mentor. Named seats will have a permanent, engraved seat plate.

Named seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Named seats do not guarantee availability of that seat for performances.

The Feb. 26 event is intended to be a session where attendees will have the opportunity to see the main hall, personally select their seat and help the Clayton Center for the Arts progress toward fundraising goals. The event is an open house format and attendees are not required to attend for the entire two-hour period.
