Folks across Blount County are enjoying the holiday season -- and it’s cold -- so Last Friday Art Walk has taken a brief hiatus and will return on Friday evening, Feb. 25, 2011. The last Art Walk of 2010 was held in November. As with every Art Walk, downtown businesses featured area artists and their work and gave art lovers the opportunity to enjoy and purchase original art by local artists. The theme for the November was “Harvest,” and Blount Today photographer Jolanda Jansma captured these images.
