Bestselling author Baldacci to speak at Clayton Center

Bestselling author David Baldacci will speak at the B97.5 Author Spotlight Event on May 26, to benefit Friends of Literacy. The event will be held at the new Clayton Center for the Arts on the Maryville College Campus, 502 East Lamar Alexander Parkway, Maryville. Doors open at 6 p.m. for the 7 p.m. event.

Baldacci will speak to the audience and then be available for a book signing immediately following the presentation. The book signing is only available to ticket holders. Tickets are $10 per person and are available to purchase in advance online at www.b975.com or at the door. All tickets are for general admission seating.

David Baldacci’s latest release “Deliver Us From Evil” will be on sale at the event and can be purchased with cash or credit card.

Friends of Literacy is an organization that supports the delivery of free high quality literacy and related services to adults in Knox County who are inadequately educated for the challenges of daily life. Their goal is to help provide basic education and life-skill training so that our students become better workers, parents, and citizens.

Authors Scott Pratt, Amy Greene, Emory Rhea Raxter and Jed Wright will also be at the event.
