Nonprofit Community Collaboration’s has openings for its next board bank training session on Tuesday, April 20, 3:30 to 5 p.m.
The program’s goal is to develop skilled leaders of diverse backgrounds for service on nonprofit boards. The Board Bank will introduce up and coming leaders to the value of serving on nonprofit boards and link them to agencies searching for new leaders.
The free 90-minute training focuses on the areas of governance, strategic planning, nonprofit fiscal management, leadership and ethics. Participants will strengthen leadership and management skills while creating networking opportunities.
