Quinn Bradley, a 2008 graduate of Maryville College, has joined the College’s Admissions staff as an admissions advisor. He began his position July 1.
A native of Clarksville, Tenn., Bradley worked in sales in Knoxville, first with Winstead Marketing and later, West Side Honda.
“Quinn brings great communication skills and business sense. He is also a former student-athlete, so I know he has a competitive streak that will make him an outstanding recruiter,” said Bill Sliwa, vice president of enrollment management for the College.
The former Scots basketball player also has extensive volunteer experience as a Bonner Scholar. He studied immigration policies and toured border patrol locations in Mexico and coordinated community service projects in Peru.
Admissions advisors are responsible for coordination and implementation of recruitment efforts for prospective students, including attending recruiting events, cultivating leads, advising and providing comprehensive student support through the entire admissions application process.
Bradley’s recruitment efforts are focusing on minorities and those who have served in the U.S. military, according to interim director of admissions Wendy Wheeler.
