General admission tickets for the Foothills Fall Festival have sold out and only a few reserved seats remain for the Oct. 16 and 18 shows.
The city of Maryville will host the 10th annual festival Oct. 16, 17 and 18.
Organizers anticipated a quick sell out this year after announcing the lineup for 2009. After five weeks, the festival sold out. General admission tickets were sold out at the pre-season rate of $40.00.
A few of the reserved seats are still available, including a few Gold seats for Friday night only at $50 and Sunday Gold seats at $65. These tickets may be purchased only through Tickets Unlimited at www.knoxvilletickets.com or by calling 865-656-4444.
Festival acts for 2009 include Alan Jackson as the headliner on Saturday night, as well as Little River Band, Kansas, Rodney Atkins, Sawyer Brown, The Trailer Choir, Justin Moore, Chris Young, American Idol contestant from Alcoa Jackie Midkiff , The Dirty Guv’nahs, Mic Harrison and the High Score.

Anyone who did not get a ticket for the concerts can still be entertained all weekend long both in Adventure Land and at ArtWay, the Downtown Arts and Crafts show. Live music, shows, activities and food will be packed into downtown Maryville.
Admission to the ArtWay and Adventure Land is free. Concerts at Theater in the Park require a ticket. The hours of operation for this year’s ArtWay arts and crafts showcase and
Children’s Adventure Land are noon to 7 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Volunteer applications are currently being accepted for Adventure Land.
