Dual purpose

Foothills Realty company opens to serve customers, agents

Don Heinrich, owner of Foothills Realty Company, LLC, and Regina Garner, principal broker, have a dual message they want to promote to the public as their new business opens at 1518 W. Lamar Alexander Pkwy. in Maryville.

The first is not unusual for a real estate agency. Regina Garner said she, Don, Joe Garner and Sharon Landry are at Foothills to offer “excellence in service for their customers.”

“Our slogan is ‘Service that will ‘move’ you,” said Regina. “We are absolutely dedicated to offering excellent customer service to our customers.”

The second part of the dual purpose of Foothills, said both Don and Regina, is to roll out a new program for a new day in real estate.

“The real estate industry is forever changed,” said Regina. “Our primary purpose is for agents. With this new program, we are able to offer a 100 percent commission program for agents.”

This will enable the agents to more fully serve their customers, said Don. “We are striving for excellence in customer service, and, through this program, striving to help agents better serve their customers and help themselves.”

Foothills Realty Company is an independent company that offers the full services of real estate, said Sharon, including listings and selling of real property, both commercial and residential all over East Tennessee. Their primary concentration as they begin their new business is in residential listings. The team represents many years of experience in real estate, with Sharon, affiliate broker, topping the list with over 28 years, Don and Regina each with 13 years and Joe, affiliate broker, with seven.

“We are a new company,” said Regina, “but we have years of experience behind us.”

Don added his thanks to those who have made the company possible.

“I also want to give thanks to the friends, family, coworkers, church family and our Lord, who have given so freely of their support and help as we begin this new venture,” Don said.
