For their Veteran’s Day celebration at Carpenters Middle School, the students got to see some familiar faces at the podium.
The school invited Lt. Col. Russell Gaby of the 134th Air Refueling Wing to be their keynote speaker at the program. Lt. Col. Gaby’s children attended Carpenters Middle School.
Also on the guest list was Staff Sgt. Billy Barker, who is the school’s head baseball coach and an assistant football coach.
Adding to the celebration were presentations by the Carpenters Middle School band and the Carpenters Middle School Singers.
