The ciao deli Beer Club (cdBC) offered members and guests a chance to celebrate October with good beer at the club’s monthly meeting at The Market, 606 High Street. The club was formed when The Market opened and has a growing membership. Club members receive discounts on beer bought at Ciao Beer, located in The Market, and special prices for the monthly beer tastings and special dinners.
Founder Todd White says the November Beer Tastings are Friday, Nov. 13, and Friday, Nov. 27, both at 7 p.m. Regular monthly tastings are the second Friday and fourth Thursday of each month. Cost is $15 per person.
Beers from around the world are some of the offerings at ciao beer, including German Weinstephanar, Belgium Stella Artois, Old Speckled Hen from England, Xingu from Brazil and Tucker from Kenya. Also available are hand-crafted American brews, including Duck-Rabbit, Yazoo Rogue and Fort Collins Flying Dog.
