Tuesday, August 4: Fish sandwich or barbecue sandwich, baked beans, cole slaw, fried potato chips

Wednesday, August 5: Hot dog or burritos, onion rings, cole slaw, chili

Thursday, August 6: Chicken and rice or meatball hoagie, peas, carrots, biscuit

Friday, August 7: Ham and cheese or turkey and cheese hoagie, chips, vegetables and dip

Maryville Middle AND Intermediate Schools

Salad bar, crackers, assorted fresh fruit, orange juice and milk available with meals

Monday, August 3: Chicken nuggets or chef’s salad with chicken strips, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli

Tuesday, August 4: Barbecue sandwich or cheeseburger, baked fries, mixed vegetables, coleslaw

Wednesday, August 5: Quesadillas with refried beans or potato bar with steamed broccoli, whole-kernel corn, pineapple

Thursday, August 6: Steak with fat-free gravy or sweet and sour chicken with rice, creamed potatoes, green beans, pineapple

Friday, August 7: Low-fat pizza with whole-kernel corn or chicken salad croissant with baked chips

Wednesday, August 5: Hot dog with chili, baked beans and cole slaw or deli turkey and veggie wrap with yogurt and carrot strips or potato bar with chili, steamed broccoli, and sour cream

Thursday, August 6: Spaghetti with meat sauce or chef’s salad with turkey strips, green beans, pineapple

Friday, August 7: Low-fat pizza or tuna in a pita pocket, whole-kernel corn, okra, mixed fruit, veggie sticks with dip
