The Chick-fil-A cows took a back seat to princesses and pirates recently as the Alcoa restaurant conducted a week of events to celebrate “Customer Appreciation Week.” The location, one of two in Blount County, is at 1031 Hunter’s Crossing Drive.

Customer Appreciation Week was June 15-20 and included not only the Princesses and Pirates night, but visits from the Chick-fil-A cows, free breakfast biscuits and a special Saturday event at the Wal-Mart parking lot that included trucks and other vehicles plus representatives from the Alcoa Fire Department, city electric and public works, Top Gun Customz, Chilhowee RV, Rural/Metro, Hummer of Knoxville and others.

At Princesses and Pirates Night, children were invited to enjoy playing in an inflatable castle and do special craft activities. Each child received a free Chick-fil-A Nuggets Kids Meal, tiaras or pirate hats and had their pictures made with the Eat Mor Chikin Cow.
