Leadership Blount welcomes the Class of 2010

Teachers, educational administrators, attorneys, community leaders and e xecutives are just part of the mix that make up the Leadership Blount Class of 2010. These 36 members will spend the year learning about their community, its cities, history and government with the goal of increasing their commitment to the county and honing their community leadership skills. Each class chooses a Legacy Project, which have ranged over the years from large fund raisers such as the Big BBQ Bash to a pancake breakfast for Trinity Health Clinic to the development of walking trails in Townsend to a Go Green Gala to raise money for teachers to use in environmental education.
