Once a quarter, members of the Blount County Chamber of Commerce have the opportunity to get together in the afternoon for some mingling, mixing and networking.
The Afternoon Mixers are held at different businesses and offer members who want to get to know others in the business community a chance to talk and relax during the afternoon.
The January Mixer was held at Preservation Plaza in downtown Maryville, giving visitors a chance to see the Top of the Plaza.
Afternoon Mixers are part of the networking opportunities available to Chamber members and are held in January, April, July and October from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The mixers, like the monthly Chamber Coffees, are to help members build business relationships and gain exposure for their business or organization in a “open house” setting.
Membership in the Blount County Chamber of Commerce is available to businesses of all sizes and to individuals. For membership information, contact Julia Kyle, executive vice president of membership, at the Blount County Chamber of Commerce at 865-273-1213 or email@example.com.
