“I’ve been around 78 years and never won a thing! I guess I can’t say that anymore,” comments cruise winner, Art Will. “I said that Foothills Bank and Trust was more than just a bank to me, but, I never really thought of them as my travel agent! This is just a great thing and I couldn’t be happier.”
When Art Will opened a Free Checking account at Foothills Bank and Trust in July a trip full of tropical scenery, great food and plenty of entertainment was more fantasy than reality. However, when Foothills Bank & Trust President and CEO, Mark Loudermilk announced that Art had won the $50x2 Plus a Cruise for You promotion, he could already feel that ocean breeze.
The promotion offered new customers who opened a Free Checking account with Foothills Bank and Trust an immediate cash reward of $50 with a second cash reward of $50 to be paid three months after the account remained active. Plus, all new customers would be automatically entered to win a Cruise. Art Will was recently announced as winner of that cruise.
“This is a promotion that we get very excited about. It’s fun for everyone and we’re thrilled to be able to send someone on such a dream vacation!” states Loudermilk.
“Now, I’ve opened several accounts there. I’ve dealt with a lot of banks in my 78 years and never received the personal attention that I get from the staff at Foothills Bank and Trust,” comments Art Will.
Foothills Bank and Trust opened in June of 2007 and is currently constructing a new Main Office on Keller Lane next to Matlock Tire. It is one of two Community Banks headquartered in Blount County.
