These pretzels are a very festive idea and fun to make. I bought my candy wafers at Hobby Lobby. The saltiness of the pretzels versus the sweetness of the white chocolate make this a wonderful combination. These wrap nicely and make great gifts. If you don’t want to use the candy wafers, Food Network offers a very similar recipe using white chocolate and milk chocolate chips that you can find in the grocery store.
1 pkg. (1 lb.) white mint chocolate candy wafers
1 pkg. (10 oz.) pretzel rods
Assorted holiday sprinkles
Follow directions on candy wafer package on how to melt wafers. Use a spoon or butter knife to spread the white chocolate about halfway up the pretzel rod. Shake sprinkles on all sides and lay on wax or parchment paper to dry.
