Foothills Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

Foothills Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will meet on Sunday, April 19, at 11 a.m. at the Everett Senior Center at 702 Burchfield St. in Maryville for a service entitled "The Web of Life." The youth of the congregation will lead the service and provide volunteers for the morning activities. There will also be a forum at 10 a.m.: "What is our Responsibility for Water?" led by Nina Gregg, US Coordinator for the Charter of Human Responsibilities. Childcare will be available during the service, as well as Religious Education for elementary children. We welcome all visitors, regardless of race, sexual orientation, or belief system, to this open-minded religious community that encourages members to seek their own spiritual paths. First United Methodist

First UMC of Maryville is joining thousands of churches and other organizations across North America to host Dave Ramsey’s live broadcast “Townhall for Hope” on April 23 at 8 p.m.

The nationwide town hall meeting will focus on what’s happening with the economy, how we got here, and where we’re going. Dave Ramsey will answer questions live throughout the event.

Maryville Baptist Tabernacle

On Sunday April 26, Maryville Baptist Tabernacle will host the singing group The Washams during the evening service, beginning at 6 p.m.

Beginning on Monday, April 27, the church will be holding a three-day revival with evangelist Steve Dagenhart doing the preaching each night beginning at 7 p.m. with special music by The Berry Family.

On Wednesday May 13, from 12-1 p.m., the church’s Women’s Ministry will hold its May meeting of the Women of the Bible series. The message is titled "Eve: God’s Special Creation," and will be delivered by Karen Alexander Doyle.
