Employees confirmed Monday that Walker’s Supply, a landmark Blount County business that provides fixtures and decor for area homebuilders, is closing its doors.
The business has operated in Blount County since 1947, when it started as a heating and plumbing business. In recent months, the company had moved into a new showroom facility near Hunter’s Crossing.
