“A great many customers have approached us looking for warranty and non-warranty repair services on their Apple products,” stated Trace Thompson, Repair Supervisor for PCS. “We have partnered with several Tier I manufacturers to provide these services, and Apple was a logical addition to address our customers’ needs. This definitely fills a void in the East Tennessee market”
PCS provides repair services on many IT related products, including Apple, Fujitsu, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, Okidata, Toshiba, and many others. As well, the company offers several other types of service including network planning and troubleshooting services, telephone support, and many others.
