The Mary Blount Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Elizabeth Paxton Houston Society, Children of the American Revolution, will hold the third annual Constitution Week Bell Ringing on Sunday, Sept. 14, at 3 p.m., on the grounds of the Blount County Court House.
