Kimberly Mowell is Blount Memorial Hospital’s May employee of the month.
A two-year employee of the hospital, Mowell works as an exercise physiologist at the hospital’s Medical Fitness Center.
Her supervisor says, “Kim has had a very positive impact on the medical fitness program, as well as the participants who have joined and continue to come and exercise on a regular basis. Kim makes all of the participants feel welcome and safe while they are here.”
Mowell says the best part of her job is “seeing clients improve their health, strength and endurance.”
Outside the workplace, the Maryville resident enjoys hiking, camping, swimming and tennis. She also enjoys running, and has completed two marathons.
