May marks the 81st annual Better Hearing and Speech Month and The Hearing and Speech Foundation is celebrating in style.
Since 1927, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association celebrates Better Hearing and Speech Month each May. This year, the association invites the public to enjoy a fashion show and luncheon to familiarize residents with the good works being done for neighbors living in East Tennessee who are afflicted with hearing loss.
The event is Thursday, May 22, at 11:30 a.m. at The Barn Event Center of the Smokies in Townsend.
Tickets are $35 per person and include fashions from Boyd Thomas Clothing, Elle Boutique and Razberries, lunch, door prizes and a special presentation by one of the patients served through The Hearing and Speech Foundation.
Contact us at 865-977-0981 to purchase tickets.
Join The Hearing and Speech Foundation for a delightful afternoon of fashion and fun as we celebrate Better Hearing and Speech Month.
The Hearing and Speech Foundation is a non-profit organization that has been in existence for nearly thirty years supporting our neighbors in East Tennessee who need hearing aids and speech services.
