WBHS marching band performs at Disney World

The William Blount High School band members strutted their stuff down Main Street, U.S.A. at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, on April 10. The band traveled to Disney to take part in Disney Magic Music Days and perform for an international audience of theme park guests.

The group performed prior to the Dreams Come True parade and provided welcome entertainment to those waiting for the parade to start.

High school and middle school marching bands have been performing at the Walt Disney World Resort since its opening day. The program has expanded since that time, and now Disney Magic Music Days performance opportunities are open to bands, orchestras, choirs, drill teams, dance ensembles and other performing groups.

Groups come from all over the world to perform, learn and compete at all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. For more information visit www.DisneyPerformingArts.com or call 1-800-603-0552.
