Maria Wright is Blount Memorial Hospital’s February employee of the month.
A five-year employee of the hospital, Wright works as the environmental services supervisor at the Blount Memorial Transitional Care Center at MorningView Village.
Her supervisor says, “Maria is committed to keeping TCC looking its finest and ensuring that patient safety is paramount through cleanliness and proper care of the facility at large. She is always cheerful and ready to lend a hand to anyone.”
Wright enjoys the sense of teamwork between everyone at TCC. Outside the workplace, the Maryville resident enjoys cross-stitching, reading and learning to play tennis.
