CBBC recognizes employees with ten years of service

Citizen’s Bank of Blount County recognizes Anne Lowery and Julie Draper for completing 10 years of service with the bank.

Anne Lowery has been employed with CBBC since September 22, 1997. She works as a teller at CBBC’s main office location. Lowery has taken several American Institute of Banking Classes (AIB), and is a Certified Banking Associate. In 2007 she was voted #1 Best Bank Teller in the Daily Times Reader’s Choice awards; and in 2005 she placed third in the awards.

Julie Draper marked her tenth anniversary with CBBC on March 6, 2007. She has worked in various positions with the bank over the years. Beginning in 2002, Draper became a banking officer and business development manager at the Topside Road location. In 2007, she also took responsibility of the Vonore location and divided her time between the two branches. As an ambassador for the Blount County Chamber of Commerce, Draper has been elected the chairperson for the Ambassador Program for 2008. She is a mentor with the Big Brother Big Sister Agency, and also teaches financial classes throughout the year including nationally-recognized “Get Smart About Credit Day” and “Teach Children to Save Day.”

CBBC president, Joe Bruce, announced, “The mission of CBBC has always been to deliver a wide range of desirable products and services to our customers in an attentive, ethical, efficient, and profitable manner. These services are provided by a loyal, highly-trained, and well-cared-for team of achievers, who recognize the importance of being good citizens in the communities we call home. As you can see, these are qualities that Anne Lowery and Julie Draper both share, and that is why CBBC is proud to recognize their 10 years of service.”
