Terry Taylor joins Mortgage Investors Group

Terry Taylor has joined Mortgage Investors Group as a loan officer in the Maryville branch.

Taylor is a native of Maryville and has over 25 years of experience in the finance and mortgage lending industry, 20 of them in the Blount County area. Taylor is a former employee of Mortgage Investors Group, prior to originating loans with Suntrust for the last five years. His extensive experience and professionalism have allowed him to be involved with all aspects of the business.

Taylor’s primary responsibilities are helping prospective borrowers obtain home financing and determining the best possible loan for their specific situation. His specialties include quick, efficient turn around times, more than competitive rates and programs in residential lending. He will focus on the Maryville, Knoxville and surrounding areas.

Since joining Mortgage Investors Group, he has concentrated on learning more about the company’s product portfolio so he can best serve his customers’ needs. “I’m excited to be working at Mortgage Investors Group. It’s good to be home again,” he said.
