Loudon man charged with sexual exploitation of minor

A 42-year-old Loudon man was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with three counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.

Lance Eugene Davis, 42, 107 Coyatee Circle, Loudon, was being held on bonds totaling $225,000 pending a hearing in General Sessions Court.

According to a Blount County Sheriff’s Office press release, the Blount County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, along with the HEAT (High Tech Evidence and Technology) Unit, have been conducting an investigation on Davis for the past several weeks. The investigation culminated when deputies with the BCSO took Davis into custody at his home in Loudon County.

The Criminal Investigation Division, along with the HEAT unit, are continuing their investigation into the case. Further charges against Davis will be taken to the Blount County Grand Jury at a future date.
