The pirates and veggies were the stars of the show recently at First Baptist Church, Maryville, when the upcoming premier of the new Veggie Tales movie was on the horizon. The occasion was a Parent Awareness Seminar for the moms and dads and a Pirate Party for the children. Why pirates? Well, the new Veggie Tales movie is all about pirates. Children from 4 years old through sixth graders were invited to watch a preview of the movie, don pirate garb, play pirate-themed games and chow down on some sweets from the galley.
