MLK Parade Photo Gallery

Charles A. Houston was the keynote speaker at Alcoa High School on Jan. 21, MartinLuther King, Jr., Day. His presentation followed a parade honoring Dr. King that began at the Martin Luther King, Jr., Community Street and ended at the high school. Houston is director of corporate and foundation relations at the University of Tennessee.
